What this notice covers

This notice applies to the public website at pususaari.net and www.pususaari.net. When you follow a link to another service, that service’s own privacy information applies.

When you visit the website

The web server processes the technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Limited access logs may contain:

• a shortened network address rather than the complete IP address;
• date and time, requested page, request method and response status;
• basic browser information sent by your device.

Values in URL query parameters are redacted before they reach the access log. Logs are access-controlled, rotated and retained for no longer than seven days. They are used only for secure operation, troubleshooting and protection against abuse.

Hosting

The website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Switzerland. The hosting provider processes technical data as required to provide and secure the server.

Cookies, analytics and external content

This website currently sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, profiling or social-media tracking. It does not load photographs, fonts, widgets or tracking pixels from third parties when you open a page.

The Flickr figures shown on the homepage are stored locally. Loading the homepage does not contact Flickr. A connection to Flickr, Second Life Maps or another external service occurs only when you choose the relevant link; the external provider then receives the technical information normally sent with a web request.

When you contact us

If you send an email voluntarily, the sender address, message and any information you include are processed only to read and answer your request. Email delivery also involves the respective mail providers. Messages are retained only for as long as they are needed for the conversation or for a legal obligation.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal data is held about you and, where applicable, request correction or deletion. You may also object to processing or ask for it to be restricted where the law provides this right. Use the contact address above so the request can be reviewed and answered.

Changes to this notice

If the website later adds analytics, embedded third-party media, a contact form or another feature that changes how data is handled, this notice will be updated before that feature is made public.
